On Sep 25, SDIC and Anhui Conch Group signed Agreement on Indonesian West Papua Cement JV. Chairman Wang and President Feng witnessed the signing ceremony.

 

Chairman Wang said that SDIC attached great importance to developing overseas business. West Papua Cement JV is SDIC’s first overseas Greenland project. SDIC has confidence to cooperate with Conch on overseas development. Under the background of deepening reforming, SDIC is willing to innovate cooperative model with Conch and give full play of professional investment advantage to create a benchmark project among Chinese enterprises’ overseas investment.

 

Chairman Guo said that the project had great economic and political significance. Conch wished to join hand with SDIC to enter international market.
