2018年4月19日，国投与何氏眼科集团战略合作框架协议签约仪式在公司举行。签约仪式前，王会生董事长与何氏眼科集团董事长何伟进行了会谈交流。

王会生对何氏眼科集团一直以来对国投在精准医疗扶贫领域的支持表示感谢。他简要介绍了国投集团服务国计民生，为人民美好生活补短板，为新兴产业作导向的战略定位，回顾了与何氏眼科在精准医疗扶贫方面展开的合作。

会谈中，王会生指出，国投之所以选择与何氏合作，一是因为何氏一直坚守“科技报国、技术惠民”的情怀；二是何氏创建的精准医疗助力精准扶贫的模式非常好，高可以在技术上占据高点，低又可落地，将高端技术下沉到基层，尤其是服务广大县乡村的贫困患者。他表示，国投集团与何氏眼科集团在医疗、扶贫等领域高度契合，目前正围绕创新医疗产业和精准医疗扶贫开展合作，为基层群众提供基本医疗保障，未来也将在高端医疗服务、医疗器械等新兴领域开展合作。

何伟简要介绍了何氏眼科集团在精准医疗扶贫等领域所开展的工作。他表示，何氏眼科集团非常重视与国投集团的合作，本次签署战略合作协议是一个良好的合作开端，国投与何氏眼科在扶贫、医疗等领域有着共同的情怀。他认为，何氏眼科与国投要充分发挥各自领域的优势，以精准医疗扶贫、医养健康等为切入点，努力打造中国扶贫的新模式。

SDIC and Heshi Eyes Sign Framework Agreement of Strategic Cooperation

On April 19^th, SDIC and Heshi Eyes held a signing ceremony for their framework cooperation of strategic cooperation in SDIC headquarters. Before the signing ceremony, Chairman Wang Huisheng and Heshi Eyes Chairman He Wei held a meeting.

Wang Huisheng thanked Heshi Eyes for its support in targeted medical poverty alleviation. He briefed the other side on SDIC’s strategic orientation that is serving the national economy and guide the emerging industries. He reviewed the cooperation with Heshi Eyes in the field of targeted medical poverty alleviation.

In the meeting, Wang Huisheng pointed out that the reason why SDIC chose to the cooperation with Heshi Eyes was that Heshi had combined targeted medical service and targeted poverty alleviation. The combination could cover the technical high point and the high-end medical service, especially serving the patients in rural areas. He said that SDIC and Heshi Eyes had good cooperation in medical service and poverty. Currently, the two sides were trying to innovate medical service and targeted medical poverty alleviation with a view to providing basic medical service to grass-root people. The two are planning to cooperate in new emerging industries such as high-end medical service and medical equipment.

Hewei talked about what Heshi Eyes had done in targeted medical poverty alleviation. He said that Heshi Eyes had always attached great importance to its cooperation with SDIC. The signing of the strategic cooperation agreement was a good start of cooperation. Heshi Eyes and SDIC should give full play to their respective advantage and take targeted medical poverty alleviation and medical old-age caring as the thresh point, with a view to building a new mode of poverty alleviation in China.
