On June 14^th, hosted by SDIC Juli Investment Management Co., Ltd., the founding meeting of the State-owned Investment Corporation Committee M & A Investment Fund was successfully held in Hanzhong, Shannxi Province. SDIC Chairman attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

Wang Huisheng said in his speech that the establishment of the State-owned Investment Corporation Committee M & A Investment Fund was a substantial capital cooperation among members of the State-owned Investment Corporation Committee (PCSIC). It was also a new mode and new way for PCSIC members’ coordinated development. The establishment of the Fund was to address the pressure and demand of members companies against the backdrop of the new norm of economic development. The establishment of the Fund received support from member companies, social organs and financial institutions. 30 investors gave 10.2billion RMB yuan for the establishment of this Fund.
