The cooperation is expected to help the country's vocational education to transform and upgrade, find out effective ways of promoting vocational education schools to cooperate with enterprises and connecting education with human resources service platforms. Market-oriented, the two sides vow to build a modern vocational education system and train more high quality talented people.

The modern vocational education institute to be launched by the two parties aims to serve the high quality development of the country's modern vocational education through developing vocational education standards, compiling vocational education textbooks, and building a database of urgently-needed personnel. The goal of the two parties is to develop the vocational education institute into the country's top vocational education research organization and a think-tank for the country's vocational education development.
