SDIC General Manager Wang Haibo attended the listing ceremony of Beijing Tongyizhong New Material Technology Corporation in Shanghai and delivered a speech at the ceremony. SDIC Deputy General Manager Du Wenmin was present at the ceremony.

In the 14th Five-Year Plan, SDIC will continue to focus on segmented areas of the new materials industry, cultivate leading enterprises in this sector, become a specialized investor in emerging industries with strategic importance, and achieve high quality development driven by innovation so as to build the “New SDIC”. He expressed his hope that Beijing Tongyizhong takes the listing on the stock market as an opportunity to make further contributions to the country's self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology, and benefits shareholders, clients and the society with even better performance.

In his speech at the ceremony, Wu Shiyong, Chairman of China SDIC International Trade Co., Ltd., said that getting listed on the SSE Star Market is a new start for Beijing Tongyizhong and has also put forward higher requirements for its management and development. Under the leadership of SDIC, China SDIC International Trade Co., Ltd. will make all efforts to promote its “one integration and two-wing”development strategy (a strategy of integrated development of international trade with trade and new materials as two wings for the company's robust growth) and supports Beijing Tongyizhong to develop even better and faster.

Beijing Tongyizhong New Material Technology Corporation (stock code: 688722) was successfully listed on the SSE Star Market and is the first UHMWPE fiber enterprise on the SSE Star Market in the country, making a breakthrough in terms of getting listed on the SSE Star Market for an enterprise in which SDIC has a controlling share. Beijing Tongyizhong covers the full chain of UHMWPE fiber industry, is one of the enterprises that master core technologies among the firms listed on the SSE Star Market, and is a pioneer in making technological breakthroughs in the sector.

More than 90 people attended the listing ceremony, including representatives from SDIC Group Office, Strategy & Development Department; China SDIC International Trade Co., Ltd., SDIC Unity Capital, Essence Securities, Beijing Tongyizhong; and Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shanghai Economy and Information Technology Commission, Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, Xintai City of Shandong Province, and brokers and shareholders of Beijing Tongyizhong.
