SDIC General Manager Wang Haibo met Han Shuwang, Chairman of China Aerospace Investment Holdings Ltd. (China Aerospace Investment) and his delegation on November 10, 2021. SDIC Chief Accountant Li Ruge, China Aerospace Investment Deputy General Manager Xie Yun and Chief Accountant Yang Chunping attended the meeting.

After welcoming Chairman Han and his delegation, Wang Haibo briefed to the guests about the development history and business structure of SDIC. He said that SDIC and China Aerospace Investment enjoy a sound cooperation basis and broad scope of cooperation. He expressed his hope that the two sides would deepen cooperation in prospective and strategically important industries and make mutual benefit and win-win achievements by taking the advantage of each other's development characteristics.

Han Shuwang thanked General Manager Wang for his warm welcome and briefed to Wang about the basic information and business scopes of China Aerospace Investment. He said that his visit mainly intended to learn from the advanced management experiences of SDIC and expressed his hope that the two sides would strengthen exchanges in the sectors of industrial incubation, resource integration, and investment and financing platform, and deepen all-round cooperation.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed and changed views on sharing investment project resources, business cooperation of funds and follow-up work arrangement.

SDIC Board Secretary Li Baolin, SDIC Financial Department Director Cui Hongqin, Office Director Wang Yijun of China Investment Association, SDIC Gaoxin Chairperson Wu Weiwei, and executives of relevant units of China Aerospace Investment were present at the meeting.
